Joseph looked around the factory for places to hide for a full minute before he felt his breath return to him fully. He came up with a plan of action, he identified an indoor crane with a shipping container filled with whatever heavy product that the factory had made before it was closed down. It was hanging right off the edge and was a huge health and safety risk. He would have to wait to write up the company who owned this factory about this problem and instead use it to his advantage.

He crouched behind the cover of the control console for the crane and identified the release lever. The shipping container was right above the entrance Cor's team would be using. He waited until just the right moment to spring his trap, and knew the swat team would have used every second of the two minutes to get their asses down here.

All of Cor's team had appeared and surrounded the factory, with snipers keeping an eye on the entrants and windows for any movement inside. "Breach and clear time, weapons free." Cor spoke through the radio to his men, sitting on top of a building and watching the main entrance. Six men went into each of the three entrances of the building, one team coming up onto a catwalk inside the building. The team of six entered the main room, flicked on their flaswhlights and immediately began searching around, weapons and powers ready.

Right as the team of six came through the main entrance Aki flipped the emergency release switch. Like some scene from final destination it fell on them wide enough to crush everyone and block the entrance. He considered shooting at the team that was coming up the catwalk dangerously close to him but he knew doing so would give away his position. So instead he crouched down in the crane operators box and waited for them to come to him. For if they all lined up he could murder all six of them with a single portal.

The container landed on and crushed the men, all still alive but unable to move or do anything. Cor smirked and flicked on the radio to the team on the catwalk. "He's at the control panel for the cranes, fan out and search, no more than meter apart. Be ready." He stood up and turned to the sniper poised next to him, patting him on the shoulder and nodding, signalling a temporary change of command. This wasn't part of Cor's mission, he still had to hunt down Alexander. Ibue-ing his legs with hell-fire he leapt from one building to the next searching.

After his search for help had come up unsuccessful, Al took refuge in a nearby alleyway, in the middle of the large New York. While there were a few people still awake and about at this hour of night, none of them paid Al any attention despite his screaming pleas for help. Al new very well he couldn't take Cor by himself, so hiding was the only option at this point.

Joseph crouched down as low as he could, he heard a satisfying crunch and knew that his attack must have been successful. He wanted to stay hidden as long as he could, the would be here any minute no-

That's when the seat team infiltrated. Some carried high caliber weapons and some had very offencive focused powers so they did not need them. Gunfire erupted all over the factory Joseph took off his belt and stood, turning to face a group of men coming his way. "Ok ok, I surrender..." He joked, a massive grin on his face. He produced the largest portal he was capable of infront of him and secured himself to the controls wth his belt. The portal was so large it actually sucked in part of the catwalk and he had no doubt it would be very effective as a surprise attack.

Suddently a bullet hit the space right next to the sniper, it was from a swat sniper with super sight. His counter sniping game would have to be top notch to win this showdown. The saw troops outnumbered them just a bit. Cop cars were converging son all directions.

"Sir, local authorities have been dispatched to our area. The mission has been compromised, requesting immediate retreat."

Cor stopped and sighed for a moment, flicking on his radio again. "Request granted, get every-one out. I'll met you at HQ."
"Roger." Cor kept leaping from rooftop to rooftop, now that there was no way to save the mission he was furious and just wanted to head home.

As bullets flew everywhere in the factory Cor's squad immediately started to retreat, some of them cursing quietly that all of this was for naught. They returned fire on each and every-one one of the Swat team members that had entered and the sniper that had gotten shot at immediately dissapeared in the blink of an eye, turning invisible. The guys that were crushed all hopped up as another soldier disintegrated it. The virus that gave people powers naturally strengthened the host's body so they weren't injured much at all, just immobilized under the heavy mass, but not anymore. It took very little for all the soldiers to be chased out of the area as they all grouped up and used and a translucent blue platform appeared under them and carried them away.

The swat team had the entire building surrounded. As per standard procedure with any of these engagements. They had guns filled with the same kind of ammo the soldiers almost certainly had. Designed to fight against the protection offered by the virus to put men down with a few shots. Aki closed his portal and took out his badge putting it on a necklace that way he would not be shot at by his own backup.

The soldiers would find it incredibly difficult to find a place to use the pad as the swat team had everything on lock down and police with your array of flyers and other movement based powers started arriving. Not that it would be impossible with the right set of skills/powers. There would almost certainly be some casualty's on either sides part. Virus or no. Aki hoped that at least one of the villains would be captured. If they were able to interrogate a man then he could get a promotion for valor for sure. He might either way but he really hoped these guys were not packing cyanide tablets!
